Muuga cargo port
KC Grupp through it’s subsidiaries owns more than 40 ha land plots close to Muuga port. According to Maardu City general plan the development area is located in so called transit- and logistic corridor (between port and Tallinn-St. Petersburg highway) which is most rapidly developing area of the city.
Main intended purpose of the area is production land. Detailed planning has been approved in 30.03.2010. According to detailed planning the whole area will be divided into separate plots with size 5,000-23,000 sq meters (average plot size is 9,500 sq m) and total net sellable area is 342,149 sq meters. Average built-up is 60%.
