Brazil

The Federative Republic of Brazil is a country in South America. It is the fifth largest country by geographical area, occupying nearly half of South America, the fifth most populous country, and the fourth most populous democracy in the world.

Bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east, Brazil has a coastline of over 7,491 kilometers. It is bordered on the north by Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname and the French overseas department of French Guiana; on the northwest by Colombia; on the west by Bolivia and Peru; on the southwest by Argentina and Paraguay and on the south by Uruguay. Numerous archipelagos are part of the Brazilian territory, such as Fernando de Noronha, Rocas Atoll, Saint Peter and Paul Rocks, and Trindade and Martim Vaz.

Cajaiba Island
In 2006, Mr. Reinsalu's company Property Logic aquired the 1 100 hectare Cajaiba Island, situated in the sheltered bay of Baia de Todos os Santos on the north-eastern coast of Brazil, where they are developing one the world’s most exclusive five-star resorts.

Blessed with immense natural beauty, palm trees, mangroves and idyllic beaches, Ilha de Cajaíba will be the ultimate paradise, offering a unique investment opportunity. This new-generation eco resort will be a car-free zone with an education centre, a nature trail and a mangrove protection centre providing opportunities to truly connect with nature. The resort will comprise 2 000 luxury apartments, 800 villas and boathouses and a marina among other facilities.
