Biography of Margus Reinsalu

Margus Reinsalu is the founder and chairman of the board of the Estonian-based investment company, KC Grupp. Reinsalu founded KC Grupp in 1994 and built the company from ground up to a prosperous player in the business world.

Combined with his ownership of KC Grupp and partial ownership of Property Logic, Reinsalu has undeniably sealed his position of diverse influence. In 2005, Reinsalu founded Property Logic with Sean Cusack and Joop Huisman, and now holds the position of managing director there. Property Logic has important development projects in many parts of the world, for example luxury resorts in Brazil and Morocco.

Margus Reinsalu's role at Property Logic and passion for Morocco saw him appointed as Moroccan Honorary Consul in Estonia in 2007. Property Logic has also won five highly prestigious Arabian property awards.

With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Tartu and Construction Engineering from the Tallinn College of Engineering, Reinsalu has excelled in his career. Margus Reinsalu is fluent in Estonian, Russian, English and Finnish and was a candidate for Estonia’s Business Man of the year in 2007.

Among Reinsalu’s hobbies are travelling, aviation, motorsport, golfing and yachting. He is also a member of the exclusive Ferrari Owners Club of Andalucía, Ascari Race Resort and La Zagaleta country club.

Through his company Tone Tea, Margus Reinsalu has entered into an advertising contract with the GP2 team, Racing Engineering. This means that Tone Tea’s trademark Fat Burner is the Spanish team’s main supporting partner for the 2009 GP2 Series.
