Biography of Margus Reinsalu

Founder and chairman of the board at Estonian based real estate developer KC Grupp.

Margus Reinsalu is founder and chairman of the board at Estonian based real estate developer, KC Grupp, a member of the Estonian Big Entrepreneurs Association. Reinsalu founded KC Grupp in 1994 where he has built the company from ground up to a prosperous position in the business world. Combined with his ownership of KC Grupp and partial ownership of Property Logic www.property-logic.com, Reinsalu has undeniably sealed his position of diverse influence. In 2005, Reinsalu founded Property Logic with Sean Cusack and Joop Huisman, where he now holds the position of managing director – a role he fulfils simultaneously to his position on the board at KC Grupp. Property Logic has numerous very important development projects in such distant locations as Brazil and Morocco that follow the current group strategy of focusing on foreign markets. This focalization of and devotion to foreign markets has manifested itself in the construction and development of a resort complex in Morocco, called Le Jardin de Fleur.

Margus Reinsalu's role at Property Logic and passion for Morocco saw him appointed as Morocco's honorary consul in Estonia in 2007. Property Logic has also won five highly prestigious Arabian property awards. Reinsalu's personal success precedes him, and is furthered by his success in business.

With a degree in business administration and construction engineering from the University of Tartu and the Tallinn College of Engineering respectively, Reinsalu’s career has seen him excel in roles. Margus Reinsalu is fluent in Estonian, Russian, English and Finnish and was a candidate for Estonia’s Business Man of the year in December 2007.

Margus’ interests include travelling, aviation, motorsport, golfing and yachting. He is also a member of the exclusive Ferrari Owners Club of Andalucía, Ascari Race Resort, country club La Zagaleta .

Margus Reinsalu has began an endorsement partnership with GP2 Team, Racing Engineering, through KG Grupp. The signing of this contract denotes that the Estonian based company becomes one of the Spanish team’s supporting partners for the 2008 GP2 Series.
